  1. What makes all of these music videos from the dance music genre?
All 3 videos use a lot of dance throughout the whole video. All three videos do not present the artist singing the videos focus on the dancers. This shows that the artists intentions was for there music to be danced to and they are not bothered about being presented in the video. 






2. Explore how the artists are using representation to appeal to their target audience in these three videos by picking out key frames from the video to analyse.
 Thin, sporty people are presented. All very good looking. Perfect bodies and perfect appearance. represents the perfect dancers. The artists have represented their music with a group of stereotypical dancers. 


3. What other music videos could you find from the same genre? Outline two and explain why you think they are termed dance.

American Beauty - scene analysis       Camera work T he scene starts off with showing these photos before it transitions to the dinner table. The  camera work uses a slow zoom when showing the photos. This gives the audience time to look at the photos and get the impression of how the family used to be. From the photos shown to the audience given three photos of Jane from when she was younger. The photos of Jane show that she had a happy childhood as she appears full of laughter and happiness in the photos. showing these photos of Jane happy when she was younger shows how much she has changed before we see her in the present day. The lyrics use many different literary elements to portray the message of the song such as metaphors, imagery, and symbolism. The meaning of this song is to be strong even when the world is throwing its worse at you. When bad things happen we must stand strong and not fall. As the song states, we must be "Titanium" which means to be strong hearted and strong willed. The first lyrics in the song talk about ignoring people who will shout at us and yell at us to put us down. The song uses symbolism that extends throughout the whole song.
